Council adopts new Zoning Bylaw for Cumberland

The Council of the Village of Cumberland adopted Zoning Bylaw No. 1027, 2016 on September 6, 2016.
The new bylaw replaces the 1997 bylaw and brings the zoning in the Village into alignment with the official community plan. The new bylaw features new regulations in regards to urban agriculture, accessory dwelling units, vacation rentals, cash-in-lieu of parking and more.
